How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are as follows:

When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard domestic shipping: [4–5 business days]

- International shipping: [15–30 business days]
Please note that delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays or due to causes beyond Mister Turrion's control (customs changes, logistical delays, weather, etc.).
What is the returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at misterturrion@gmail.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Plaza de la Cebada 17, Mercado de la Cebada, Stalls 267 & 268, 28005 Madrid, Spain.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Are there any purchases that are non-refundable?
Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Obviously, if the returned item is damaged, the refund will not be processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

How long does it take you to prepare an order?
All orders are processed within [24–48 business hours] after receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to check the status of your package at any time.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
In case of an error in the address that causes the package to be returned:
- The customer will have to bear the cost of reshipping.
Customs and international taxes
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to customs duties, fees or taxes.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
Lost or damaged packages
